(UPDATE 2022 Feb) Still the only real bar on the strip. Perhaps the only thing missing here is a jar of pickles boiled eggs? Whether it's mixed drinks or having it neat, you can have it all here. All the bartenders I have met here are very social. One must check it out! Favorite bar in Laguna Beach.

One of my favorite places in Laguna Beach, by far. The ambiance is unique as the bar is a bit on the small side and mostly standing room only. Make sure to try their signature Pine-o, a pineapple infused vodka cocktail, as it is delicious!

Love this place! Definitely in my top 5 pubs around the country. It's across the street from one of the most scenic beaches in the U.S. and a great mix of locals and visitors. An absolute must if you're in Laguna Beach.

My husband and I stumbled upon the Saloon on NYE. The bartender was very friendly and attentive despite it being a busy night. The drinks were good, the crowd was pleasant and my personal favorite thing about this place was that it didn't stink like a mixture of different hard liquors and mold (or whatever bars usually smell like). There is a nice breeze that flows into the room. My guess is that good cleaning practices and a well ventilated space is what keeps it smelling fresh. We had a great time.

Best Bar in Laguna Beach. Friendly Bartenders, frequented by Locals. Great bar for travelers and first time Visitors to Laguna. Drop in for a signature drink , a Pīnō- or a Popo. Bartenders are long-time Locals who can usually answer all of your questions about our town. Step in for a lively conversation and some good cheer.

Love the Saloon. Standing room only (for the most part) which I enjoy. Strong drinks, and a good atmosphere.. Be nice or go to Newport!

Really quaint little bar in a historic building. I would go there just for the vibes. Very small and mostly standing room. Might not be my favorite on a busy night. The bartenders were super friendly!

My wife's and I favorite spot in all Laguna, we've been to all the bars, taverns n this saloon by far is THEE BEST...every year we make it a must stop spot.....I'm a photographer at heart and this classic saloon is AWSOME, the coziness, ceiling n decor, flooring, masonry and the patina bar. Nothing else comes close.
